Might the inspiration for this complex commercial fabric design have been Art Deco? or Peruvian?

Knowing absolutely nothing about design or fabric arts, I nevertheless immediately thought “Greek key border.” And then of course had to go back and google every example on the internet I could find just so I wouldn’t embarrass myself.
